This one-of-a-kind river table is sold but we could build one for you to suit your needs. This particular table features two slabs of live edge walnut joined by a 'river' of black epoxy or resin. The outside edges of the table are straight edge, allowing for a range of seating options. The two sides are mirrors of each other - we've created a reverse bookmatch black epoxy river table. This table is 36" x 96" and sits on black steel X legs.

For your custom river table, let us know what size you want it to be and the river color. While this table used bookmatched slabs of walnut, most of our river tables are not, creating more of a random, natural aesthetic. Live Edge Walnut

'Live Edge' means that the long edge of the table features the natural contours of the tree where this wood was grown, and not a straight saw cut.

Hardwood Walnut

Walnut is a hardwood that grows in Canadian and US forests. It’s darker in colour, with some great variations in each piece. The older part of a walnut tree is darker while the outer edges of the trunk are lighter in colour.  As a hardwood it will stand up well to the rough and tumble of daily life.

we use a natural hand-rubbed oil for a matte finish

Walnut finish

Walnut pieces are finished with an all-natural European hand rubbed oil finish. The final result is a complete seal with a matte finish. It has a natural, neutral look to it.

Steel Leg Styles

Our tables pair well with steel legs for a timeless look.  We offer a variety of styles of steel legs.  If you prefer a different one than pictured or a different colour than black, message us with your preference.

Table Shipping

We take great care in packaging up our tables to ensure they arrive at their new homes safely.  Each table top is wrapped in foam and cardboard.  The legs are packaged separately with the hardware for assembly included.
