Order Processing Time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Generally we can ship lights within 2 weeks while tables usually require 4 to 6 weeks. We do our best to build and ship orders as promptly as possible as we understand that you are excited to receive your new piece(s) and we look forward to hearing your reaction.
Loewen Design Studios is proud to offer free shipping to most destinations in Canada and the US. We reserve the right to review this on an order by order basis and discuss the situation with customers if necessary. For other destinations, please contact us for a shipping quote. We have several partners we work with and will be happy to provide the most economical rate we can find to provide for the safe delivery of your Loewen Design Studios order.
We love it when customers notify us that they've safely received their purchase! Sending us an email or leaving positive feedback puts our minds at ease. If you have any concerns and don't feel you can leave positive feedback, please notify us before leaving neutral or negative feedback and we'll do our best to make the situation right!
Due to the custom nature of our products we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Should that occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Natural Wood Products
We love to work with hardwoods like walnut and maple. Being a natural product, each piece is as unique as the tree it came from. As a result, no pieces are alike.
