The table is beautiful! We got the Jarvis white ash oval pedestal table, and it has such an elegant color and form. I had a lot of trouble finding an oval table that didn't look circa 1980s, and this gem has clean contemporary lines and looks timeless. The entire process was smooth and the delivery was excellent. We were under construction at the time and the delivery team was so accommodating, helping us move it to a safe place in our basement until we could set it up, and made sure we had all the supplies we needed - normally they set everything up for you. This group obviously takes a lot of pride in their work and it really does show. Highly recommend!

This was one of the best decisions I have took a chance on. It seemed surreal a couple people would drive my custom table down to Mississippi all the way from Canada. But that’s indeed what happened. They were friendly, helpful, and communicative. I even had to have a last minute change and they made it happen! It is stunning and I get many compliments.

We are so pleased with our very handsome Loewen table, handcrafted of maple in a bourbon stain with black steel A-legs! Because we were able to customize the size (42" wide - this width is not common in retail stores! and 72" long plus two 18-inch end-extensions) it is perfect for both daily meals for just my husband and me, and special gatherings with our extended family. Delivery was flawless: Brian and Lyn expertly put it together for us. Many, many thanks to Ted and his team at Loewen Design Studios!

Our experience with Loewen has been excellent! It was really easy to look at all of the options on the website. After placing our order, we were kept in the loop on the process, everything explained clearly. When it was delivered, Lynn & Brian were so great. They were quick, so friendly, and answered all of our questions. And the table is gorgeous! Love the color, the grain in the wood, it feels like silk. We are so happy!

My husband and I got a  bookmatch walnut table on chevon steel legs and it is absolutely perfect! The craftsmanship is impeccable. The slab of wood is beautiful. Ted is not only an outstanding woodworker but an alchemist-- he opened the trunk of this tree like a book and in doing so transformed its story into a dining table that is now at the center of our home, setting the stage for many wonderful meals and stories to be shared. Sharon (Ted's wife) was friendly, patient, and efficient as she shared updates and photos each step of the way. Brian and Lynn (imagine if you had a super cool aunt and uncle that lived on a boat in the Bahamas for part of year #retirement goals) drove our table from Ted's workshop and brought it into our dining room and installed the legs. This is a beautiful table. It's solid and sturdy. The wood grains going across are beautiful and the finish is really nice. The legs are unique feature that I love and set it apart from other tables. We had ours custom made with two extensions so it can be made smaller or larger according to our needs. I was nervous buying online without seeing the table in person first, but it exceeding my expectations!

It's even more beautiful in person than we were expecting from their site + instagram. From start to finish it was a great experience. We ordered a custom table (8 feet) and had a super easy time working with the team (Sharon) to get that order in + schedule the delivery. The team who delivered the table (Lynn and Brian) were AMAZING. So friendly, communicative, and quick! They also gave us some great tips on how to best care for the table going forward.

We're in love with it. Excited to have this thing for the rest of our life, it's def built to last that long!

At least twice in the past week my husband asked me what I was doing and I said ‘I’m busy gazing at the table.’ It is so beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. There really is no point in looking up other table options, because Loewen Design Studios is the absolute best in every aspect - ordering, customer service, beautiful craftsmanship, wood quality, and the coolest delivery couple in North America. Someone from Alaska please order so they can do a delivery up there! We ordered a 36”x84” extension table with two 18” leaves. The table is super sturdy without being bulky. Can’t wait to have 12 friends and family together around this baby for Thanksgiving!

We ordered a ping pong table and wanted it delivered before hosting a bunch of high school kids for Spring Break. Loewendesign met that delivery and kept us posted the whole way from order to delivery and were quick to respond to every email. Then, the table arrived and it is better in person than on the website. Simply gorgeous and so well made! I am in love with this company and their products!
