At Loewen Design Studios we do lots of custom size tables. This leads us to a common question, what size is the right size for me?

The answer to the question is usually based on a few things. 

1. How many people do you frequently want to sit around the table? And how many do you have on special occasions?
2. How big is your space?
3. How do you plan to use the table?
4. Are you getting extensions?

Our tables are so versatile weather you are having family dinner or entertaining guests this Saguaro table can subtly shine. The Saguaro table is our classic walnut table. 

A bookmatch table is created from the same piece of wood that has been cut in half and is attached together like a book. The planks are a mirror image of each other. 

Wood stain and lacquer has been used for hundreds of years starting with stains made from plants or different minerals. At Loewen design studios we use Rubio MonoCoat oil versus a traditional stain and lacquer method. 

At Loewen Design Studios we make our heirloom quality tables with Maple, Walnut and Ash. These varieties of wood are all hardwood. What is hardwood? Why is it better for your table?

Here at Loewen Design Studios we are excited to celebrate with our friends and family this year. Our tables are very versatile and we are excited to show you how three employees styled three of our live edge stock walnut tables three different ways. 

Here at Loewen Design Studios we make our tables from hard wood of different varieties. We build Walnut, Ash, and Maple tables. Any of these tables can be built with a live edge. 

At Loewen Design Studios we build tables from solid wood. We use multiple boards to construct the tables; each plank runs the full length of the table, and they are glued next to each other to span the width of the table.
