Description
Bring a modern update to your dining room with this Fundy wood dining table. Made of solid hardwood, it is a durable sturdy table. Paired with the Caldwell legs, it has a modern look without feeling dated. Truly a table that you will enjoy for many years.
Our Fundy wood dining table scales well and we have built it in a wide range of sizes. What sets this design apart are the edge and the legs. The edge has a reverse bevel on the bottom, called a Finlay edge, that gives the table a sophisticated lighter look and also is a bit more welcoming to guests. The legs on this table are our chevron shaped Caldwell legs that are visually unimposing while providing strength and support for the table. Other design details include a 6/4" thick table top with a bevelled Finlay edge.
We build every table to order so you can have the table that's perfect for you. We can customize the size, the wood, the finish, the edge and the base so the table fits your style and your needs. Whatever you choose, you can be confident that you will receive a beautiful hardwood table, custom built for you.

Important Notes:
All of our tables are made from solid hardwood. As a natural product, each piece of wood has its own uniqueness.
- Natural wood has variation in the grain.
- Solid wood will expand and contract in different climates
- Most of our walnut has sap wood, which introduces some variance in color into the wood

Delivery
Getting your table to you safely is part of our commitment to you. You’ve made the investment in high quality hardwood furniture and we’ve taken the time to build and finish it just for you.
A full description of how we can deliver your table is available here. Essentially we can ship to you via freight carrier, with a white glove service, or with our delivery van & trailer. Which options are available for your table will depend on where you live and how quickly you need it and if you can help with delivery and assembly.
It’s worth noting that shipping, duties and tariffs are included in the prices we quote. Each situation is really quite unique so we would be happy to chat about what delivery can look like for you, based on your table, your location, and your schedule.
Whichever delivery option you choose, you will receive a table built specifically for you. We will build, finish and pack your table which takes 5-7 weeks. After that we arrange for shipping. If you need your table sooner, we may be able to expedite production or the shipping. In this case, reach out to us and we’re happy to chat about what the options could be.

The whole Fundy collection is a great style. It's one of the ones we've been doing the longest. It was one of my favorites the first day we made it, and it still is today. The Caldwell legs are really sturdy, really pretty, and let you place chairs just about anywhere around the table. They blend form and function nicely. Those legs paired with the Finlay edge is a combination that were meant for each other. The angles pair so well together on the bevel, the corner, and every part of the leg. And on a rectangular table there's so much space for everything you need. It's light and subtle, and yet garners the attention it deserves.

A wonderful thing about this design, many of our designs, if I'm honest, but especially the Fundy, is how versatile it is. It can fit into so many different spaces. It isn't overbearing on a room, but it won't shy away either. Depending on what you want to do around your table it can be the star, or it can be just a part of the cast. It really will fit in how you need it to. Even better, a rectangular table, and especially a sturdy one like this, can be used for anything. And I mean anything. Whatever table needs you have, this table has your back. And when that changes, or when you move, it's still going to have your back. Like I said before, it's a great blend of style and function, and that's true right now, it'll be true after you move, and it'll be true for a long time.
