What sets the Waterton apart?
the details.
the edge.
a light round over, a long bevel, soft corners the whole way around. an edge to match one designed by the legendary Eero Saarinen. it's a light edge that allows the table to appear thinner that it is.
the cross base.
the interlocking walnut under the table is an elegant and yet sturdy base that will dazzle for time to come. the angle or square uprights provide plenty of support and some variety to the style.
the finish.
a hand rubbed oil is applied to every table we make. the oil is an all natural product, the table is an all natural product so it seems fitting that it's all natural effort to finish your table. plus this is Tristan's forearm workout.
the walnut.
everything is made of solid walnut, finished to over an inch thick in the middle. the walnut used is black walnut, a north american hardwood. it a naturally dark wood with wonderful character within the wood.
the adjustable feet.
all our wood legs have adjustable feet underneath to allow you to level your table on any floor. this means the table is ready to follow you, wherever you may want to take it. it will adapt to whatever you have to throw at it.
the gathering.
with it's soft edges and round corners its an easy table to walk up to. an easy table for a conversation or to sit around all night long. its comfortable and light yet will last for years to come, so you can keep making memories for as long as you can remember them.
