Shipping policy

Loewen Design Studios is proud to include free curbside shipping to most destinations in Canada and the US. In most metro areas in the US we also offer white glove delivery as an option. Where possible, our preferred option is to actually deliver your table to you ourselves. We coordinate delivery runs periodically in Southern Ontario and in the Northeast United States. Each of these delivery methods has its own timeline and benefits. To find out which options are available in your area, please contact us. We’re happy to work through the various choices with you.

We typically need 5-7 weeks to build and finish your table.  Bookmatch and other specialty tables may need a bit more time to source appropriate planks.  Once it is built and finished, we will arrange shipping. Depending on how your table is being delivered and where you live, the timelines will vary. To ship with a freight carrier will typically take 2 weeks. Shipping with our white glove partner will take 2-6 weeks and having us deliver it ourselves takes 2-4 weeks.

Your order will ship from Canada. For orders to the US, Loewen Design Studios will look after all customs and duties.  If you need your order more urgently than the times listed here, please contact us.  If we are able to produce your order more quickly, we certainly will.

For other destinations outside of Canada and the US, please contact us for a shipping quote. We have several partners we work with and will be happy to provide the most economical rate we can find to provide for the safe delivery of your Loewen Design Studios order.
