Ash is a hardwood which means that it won’t easily be scratched in regular use. It has a distinct grain that is similar to oak. When it’s finished the graining creates a tone on tone effect.

Our Brick finish is a dark reddish brown oil. Ash specifically pulls out more red tones than the other hardwoods. The grain takes on a darker version of the color for a dramatic two tone effect.
