What sorts of spaces Squares are good for?
A square table is great for a space that is as long as it is wide.
How the shape affects table use?
A square is an interesting shape of table as it helps everyone around the table to see each other. This makes for great conversation.
How they compare to rounds?
Rectangular tables and oval tables both fit into similar spaces. The main difference is that an oval is more organic in shape while a rectangle lets us use the corners. Corners are great for squeezing in an extra person or two, while the organic shape can improve the flow of your space.
How they compare to rectangles?
Square and rectangle table both have full corners. A square table though is particularly well suited to a space with similar width and length, or at least a space that functions like a square if you have other furniture, like a buffet.
They can be extension tables?
A square table can be a standard table or it can be made into an extension table. We can design a square extension table to add leaves either to the ends or to the middle of the table.
